Vasili Koshelev: Caras' departure brought more discipline to Dacia's squad
FC Dacia Chisinau's acting coach Vasili Koshelev says the departure of head coach Emil Caras brought more discipline to the squad. “The players are now more motivated and follow our tactical instructions. The speed in our football game has increased considerably, causing problems for our rivals”, Koshelev told Info-Prim Neo.
Concerning the possibility of becoming Dacia's head coach, Koshelev said there has been no such an offer from the club so far. “It's too early to talk about that. If they come with a proposition, I'll think about it”, he stated.
Vasili Koshelev went on to add that Dacia's goal for this season is to be the runner-ups in the National Division, which would enable them to bid for the UEFA Cup for the third time consecutively. “We have been doing a great job, we are now leading the National Division and we have all the chance to achieve what we have in mind”.
