The candidate for the post of mayor of Chisinau on behalf of the Party of Communists Vasili Chirtoca proposed creating a cluster of enterprises that will support each other. The proposal was submitted during his visit to the factory “Viorica Cosmetic”, which he paid with the aim of familiarizing himself with the innovational technological processes and of presenting his municipality management program, IPN reports.

Vasili Chirtoca said the national producers should be supported by forming a national cluster of enterprises that will support each other, assuring thus possibilities for general growth. “All the orders must be carried out by the national companies, not the foreign ones,” he stated.

The candidate noted that there are many qualified specialists and companies able to produce goods and services of a high quality in Moldova.

Presenting his program, Vasili Chirtoca said the problems of the capital city are divided into two categories: those that can be solved swiftly and those that need substantial investments and time. He promised to implement most of the provisions of his program in three-four years.
