“I voted for a new stage of development to start in the municipality of Chisinau,” the Party of Communists’ candidate for the mayoralty Vasili Chirtoca said after voting together with his wife, IPN reports.

Vasile Chirtoca noted that he wants a clean and nice city with many happy and optimistic people because optimism stimulates development.

The candidate considers it is very important to create bodies in the municipality of Chisinau that will provide assistance to the people who face all kinds of problems.
