Valeriu Strelet seeks dismissal of Deputy Speaker Artur Reshetnikov

The chairman of the Liberal-Democratic parliamentary group Valeriu Strelet Thursday demanded that the Deputy Head of Parliament Artur Reshetnikov should be dismissed as he does not attend the sittings, Info-Prim Neo reports.
“We see that the chair is free. Artur Reshetnikov should be discharged from the post of Deputy Speaker,” said Valeriu Strelet. According to him, the Communist lawmaker travels through Chisinau with the legislature’s car and becomes involved in protests, behaving like a hooligan.
Valeriu Strelet proposed that every parliamentary group should delegate by a representative to prepare a draft decision on Artur Reshetnikov’s dismissal.
The Communist MPs have not attended the Parliament’s sittings since last week.
