Independent candidate for President Valeriu Giletski said he is satisfied because the Head of State is chosen by direct vote. After he cast his ballot, the candidate said that regardless of the election outcome, the President is elected by the people and this is important, IPN reports.

According to the candidate, even if he lost 6 kg in weight, he is satisfied with his election campaign. “I made considerable effort and managed to propagate a message for peace and family,” stated Valeriu Giletski.
