The U.S. Embassy in Moldova invites experienced Moldovan Civil Society Organizations to submit projects whose purpose is to further the development of democracy and civil society in Moldova, IPN reports, quoting a press release of the institution.
For this call for proposals the Embassy will give priority to projects focusing on restoring confidence in Moldova’s European path by communicating the benefits and results of this trajectory and bridging divides in society by promoting unity, civic engagement, and grassroots demand for accountable governance.
According to the press release, the program does not support: humanitarian assistance or charitable activities; health projects, political or partisan activities; scientific research; conferences and/or individual trips abroad; trade activities.
