The United States citizens residing in Moldova will be able to vote electronically for their next president tomorrow. No polling places will be set up at the US Embassy. Sources within the Embassy told Info-Prim Neo that the American citizens who are residing outside the US may vote by registering at www.fvap.gov. Yet, electronic voting is not available in all the countries, and in this case voting is possible only at polling stations. According to the Embassy, some 400 to 500 US citizens are currently residing in Moldova for work or other reasons. On Wednesday morning, from 7:00 to 10:00 AM, United States Ambassador Asif Chaudhry will host a public event during which invitees will be able to follow the results of the presidential elections.
