Anatolie Urecheanu, the new Ambassadors of the Republic of Moldovan to the Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of St John of Jerusalem, of Rhodes and of Malta, presented his credentials for accreditation to the Lieutenant of the Grand Master and head of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta Fra’Marco Luzzago. The ceremony was held at the Magistral Palace in Rome, IPN reports.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration said the handing over of the credentials was followed by a discussion with Fra’Marco Luzzago. The interlocutors conferred on the sociopolitical situation in the Republic of Moldova, the cooperation relations between the Republic of Moldova and the Sovereign Military Order of Malta and the charitable activities carried out in the Republic of Moldova.

The Moldovan diplomat spoke about the priorities of his tenure, underlining the importance of further extending cooperation between the Republic of Moldova and the Sovereign Military Order of Malta.
