“The most important accomplishment of Moldova, despite the numerous problems faced during 19 years, is the obtaining of independence and sovereignty,” the chairman of the United Moldova Party Vladimir Turcanu told Info-Prim Neo. Turcanu said another accomplishment is the fact that Moldova is recognized by the entire world and is a member of the main international organizations. He also said that the intentions of some of the political leaders and parties to accomplish Moldova’s union with Romanian were the greatest danger that threatened Moldova’s Independence. “Regretfully, today this idea is promoted at national level.
