The Unified Crisis Management Center and the National Road Transport Agency (ANTA) will provide international transport routes to the refugees who want to reach EU member states. Those interested can fill out online the form available on the Agency’s website https://anta.gov.md/content/repatriere. Depending on the number of applicants and the chosen destinations, ANTA will operate occasional bus or minibus routes to the indicated addresses, IPN reports.
The passengers need valid travel documents for the country of destination.
Since March 8, the Unified Crisis Management Center and ANTA have organized over 350 commercial and special road routes to help about 12,000 refugees from frontier posts on the border with Ukraine or from placement centers in Moldova to get to destinations in the EU. Another almost 7,000 refugees reached the EU by air or rail through flights and routes organized by the Government with the assistance of international organizations.
