The UN adviser on human rights Claude Chan will pay a visit to Cahul on December 14 at the invitation of the Resource and Consultancy Center “Ograda Noastra” (“Our Yard”). The Center's director Ruslan Stanga stated for Info-Prim Neo that the visit was organized in the context of the International Human Rights Day that is marked on December 10. Claude Chan will have a meeting with representatives of civil society organizations and students from Cahul, which will center on discrimination, social inclusion and the observance of human rights in Moldova and the world. The meeting will take place at the State University of Cahul starting at 12.30. It was arranged with the assistance of the United Nations Office, “Pro-Europa” Center and the U.S. Embassy in Moldova.
