The Supreme Rada of Ukraine on December 3 will consider the draft resolution on the dismissal of the Government. The resolution was put forward by three leaders of the opposition, the Ukrainian national agency Ukrinform reports on its website, IPN reports.
The leader of the parliamentary faction “Fatherland” Arseniy Yatsenyuk said the dismissal of the Government is a request not only of the opposition, but also of the whole Ukrainian people, while the first stage of overcoming the crisis must take place first of all in Parliament.
About 1 million people took to the streets in Kiev on December 1. They protested against the decision to suspend the procedures for the association with the EU and against the use of force by the police to disperse the crowd in central Kiev on November 30.
On November 21, Ukraine decided not to sign the Association Agreement with the EU.
