A two-year old unsupervised child died after falling down According to the doctor-coordinator of the Emergency Service of the capital, Evelina Rusu, the baby-girl, aged 1 year and 8 months, fell down from the 8-th floor of an apartment block. She died immediately. The tragedy happened at 19:00 in a block situated on Soseaua Balcani Street of the capital. Another child, aged 12, was hospitalized with severe drug intoxication. He told doctors that he took the pills by mistake and the intoxication was accidental. At 22.00 a drunken minor, aged 15, was aggressed, at the crossing of Kogalniceanu and Ismail streets, by unidentified persons. The minor was hospitalized at the hospital „Valentin Ignatenco” with thorax concussion and multiple bruises. Over the past 24 hours, the capital Emergency Service has registered 632 calls, including 9 cases of acute diarrhea, 39 cases of serious infections, 86 cases of traumatism, 3 cerebral ictuses and a heart attack. Of the total number of calls, children needed help in 119 cases.
