Two women lost their lives in fires. Dorina Cruc, spokeswoman for the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service, informed Info-Prim Neo that one fire broke out in a summer kitchen in Ignatei village of Rezina district. A woman aged 75 was killed in the fire. Allegedly, the fire was caused by a defective stove. Another fire happened in a house in Varvareuca village of Floresti district. It destroyed half of the house's roof and one room. The body of the owner of the house, a 76-year-old woman, was found after the fire was put out. A faulty stove is being blamed for the fire. The ten fires that happened in Moldova yesterday and last night resulted in two deaths. The 164 fires that occurred this year took 38 lives.
