In the municipality of Chisinau, the budget-funded employees will have two mini-vacations, one at the end of April and another one in May. Under an order signed by acting mayor general of Chisinau Ruslan Codreanu, April 30 and May 10 will be considered nonworking days, but April 13 and May 18 will be working days instead of these, IPN reports.
This way, together with the official nonworking days, the budget-funded employees will have five days free from work from Saturday, April 27, until Wednesday, May 1, inclusive, and another four nonworking days during May 9-12.
According to Ruslan Codreanu, the decision was taken in a bid to ensure the implementation of the Government Decision of last November concerning the transfer of particular nonworking days in 2019.
