Two men reach hospital after falling from height
Two men reached hospital, Tuesday, June 3, in an extremely severe state after falling from height in different places.
The coordinating doctor of the Emergency Hospital, Anatol Proca, has told Info-Prim Neo a man (60) fell from stairs – as high as 3 meters -- at the Micron plant in Chisinau. He was rushed to the hospital in coma.
The second case happened at about 2 p.m. in a dormitory on Testemitanu str. A man of 38 was at the 3rd story of a building and called the elevator. Although the doors opened, he failed to notice the elevator was not there and stepped in. He was taken to the hospital with multiple traumas.
A woman of 46 from was hit by a car in a village in Criuleni district and was then rushed to the hospital with numerous traumas.
A baby has been hit in his pram by a car at about 6 pm at the intersection of Vasile Lupu and Ion Creanga streets. A Seat Ibiza collided with a route minibus and was projected to the sidewalk where the pram stood. The little boy suffered brain concussion, as other passengers of the minimbus were also injured.
A girl of 15 has been shot in her left buttock in Chisinau. No more other details are known so far.
A 40-year-old cyclist from Sangera town, Chisinau, has been drawn along the round by a truck he had stuck to. He was taken to the hospital with many fractures.
