The Parliament’s legal commission for appointments and immunities and the commission on national security, defense and public order will initiate control over the activity of the National Anticorruption Center (NAC). The relevant bill was adopted by the votes of 54 MPs, IPN reports.
The parliamentary control will be aimed at identifying the areas in which the activity stagnates and the reasons that generate such a state of affairs. Recommendations will be formulated for improving the institution’s activity, which will be incorporated into the report on parliamentary control.
The report on the NAC’s activity will be presented within 30 days.
