Two three-year-old girls perished in a house fire in Glinjeni village of Falesti district. The firemen were alerted in the morning of June 3. According to them, the girls most probably were poisoned by fumes and toxic gases, IPN reports.

According to the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service, the two girls remained unsupervised in a room with a burning candle. No details about the whereabouts of the parents were provided.

The firefighting team extinguished the fire, preventing its spread.

The rescuers and firemen warn the grownups to be prudent and not to leave the children unsupervised, even if for short periods.
