Two casualties are reported last weekend
Two men died and another two were taken to hospital in coma last weekend in Chisinau.
According to the coordinator-doctor of the Emergency Service in the capital Ludmila Untura, on Sunday, at 11.00 pm, a man was found in coma in his own garage, poisoned with exhaust fumes. The 31-year old man, being intoxicated, fell asleep in the car with the engine switched on, to get warmed. The exhaust fumes caused the man’s poisoning. The victim went into coma and later was hospitalized.
An unidentified young man aged almost 25-30, was found dead at the entrance to a block of flats located on Minsk street. Another unidentified man aged about 45 was also found dead at the entrance to a block of apartments on Mircea cel Batran Blvd. The man suffered blood loss that caused his death.
A 45 –year-old man, also unidentified, was found in metal shock on Calea Iesilor street.
All the cases were taken over by the police for investigations.
Yesterday the Emergency Service in Chisinau reported 589 calls, including 65 cases of acute viruses, 49 cases of injuries and four brain ictuses.
