The Border Police warned the participants in transfrontier traffic that the hovercraft border crossing points Cosauti-Iampoli and Soroca-Tsekinovka (interstate, local) were closed again following the rise in the level of water in the Nistru River, IPN reports.
The two border crossing points resumed work on July 30 after being closed for the same reason in July 27. As a result of the recent rain, the Cosauti-Iampoli border crossing point stopped again work in the afternoon of July 30, while the Soroca-Tsekinovka, border crossing point in the morning of July 31, 2018.
The participants in transfrontier traffic are recommended to use the services of the Otaci-Moghileov-Podolsk road border crossing pointsthat is situated at a distance of almost 60 km.
