Ion Neguriță and Victor Furtuna continue the competition for the position of Chief Prosecutor for Combating Organized Crime and Special Cases, after obtaining the highest scores in the interview phase. Their candidacies will now be examined by the Superior Council of Prosecutors.

Accoring to the jury, all four applicants met the eligibility conditions during the preselection stage. The candidates who obtained the best two scores in the interview phase are proposed to the Superior Council of Prosecutors.

Ion Neguriță accumulated 139.7 points, and Victor Furtuna 134.5 points. Alexandru Machidon, with 121.4 points, and Andrei Mațco, 76.4 points, have been eliminated from the competition.
