A man aged 45 died when the Gaz truck that he drove skidded off the road and overturned near Stetskaya village of Criuleni district. An extrication team was called out to take the man out of the damaged car, IPN reports.

According to the General Inspectorate for Emergencies, it was established that the vehicle with trailer skidded off the road and the motorists was caught under the cab. He died on the spot.

The call to 901 was made at about 1pm. In about two hours, the rescuers managed to take the body out of the vehicle.
