A large truck ran into a house on Hâncești St in the capital city. No one was hurt, IPN reports.
According to the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, the accident happened last night. There were damaged the house, two utility poles and a tree. Rescuers cut down the tree and took the truck’s wheels out of the destroyed fence.
Contacted by IPN for details, press officer of the Chisinau Police Division Svetlana Scripnic said the truck was driven by a man aged 39. The driver refused a breath alcohol test and was accompanied to the dispensary for being collected blood samples. The accident presumably occurred due to mechanical failures in the truck.
