The driver of a trolleybus running on route No. 5 sustained injuries in a road accident that happened at the intersection of Stephan the Great Blvd. and Vlaicu Parcalab St on Friday, Info-Prim Neo reports. The trolleybus collided with a KIA car, whose driver did not stop. According to Silvia Babara, doctor coordinator at the Chisinau Emergency Hospital, as a result of the impact the trolleybus driver suffered knee injuries and needed medical assistance. Two motor scooters crashed with two cars at different hours. Two young persons have been injured. A 19-year-old woman sustained fractures of the bones of the right shank, while a man of the same age suffered concussion and contusion of the internal organs. Both have been hospitalized. Four traffic accidents occurred in Chisinau on August 21.
