Transnistrians can legalize unauthorized buildings without being penalized

As many as 2,300 residents of the Transnistrian region have legalized private buildings erected illegally without being penalized. The so-called “amnesty” will be applied in the region by the end of this year, IPN reports, with reference to the Transnistrian press.

This means that all those who built, reconstructed or re-planned a private building without having a relevant authorization can get rid of penalties if they legalize these by December 31.

The “amnesty” that has been applied since 2016 does not refer to apartments from apartment buildings.
