The small and medium-sized enterprises in the Transnistrian region, if they face financial difficulties, will be able to stop work for a period of three years without being obliged to present fiscal and financial reports in the period. The conditions of such a regime, the periods and procedures for resuming work were approved by the supreme soviet of Transnistria, IPN reports.
The enterprises will be able to ask for the suspension of tax payment. To benefit from this concession, they will have to prove that they do not have debts to the budget and extra-budgetary funds. They will also present the accounting balance sheet and the report on global revenues. The operations with bank accounts will have to be suspended, except for the collection of debts, but this money could be withdrawn only when the enterprise resumes work.
In the period, the legal entities will not have the right to perform entrepreneurial activities. They will only be able to use the stamp to issue certificates to former employees, at request.
If the enterprises stop work officially, but will actually continue to work, they will face fines and confiscation of production.
