Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs from the left side of the Nistru will have to possess a license for the export of grains, oil seeds and technical crops. Only the associations and private individuals who will prove that 70% of the exported goods are own products will be freed from such an obligation, IPN reports, quoting the Transnistrian press.
An initiative to this effect was submitted by the Transnistrian leader Vadim Krasnoselsky to the Supreme Soviet of the breakaway republic of Transnistria. The bill is to be examined by June 28.
The informative note to the bill says grains, oil seeds and technical crops can be exported by all the business entities, regardless of the legal organizational form and types of ownership.
