Chisinau hosted a seminar that centered on the training of rugby coaches and referees. The trainings were given by Daniel Mitrea, Regional Training Manager at Rugby Europe, sand George Paul Barganaus, who is in charge of referees.

As a result of the seminar, 20 coaches and ten referees from Moldova received the first level of the World Rugby international category.

“I’m glad that people of different ages expressed interest. These trainings will continue as there is a lot to be learned,” president of the Moldovan Rugby Federation Alexei Cotruta has told IPN.
