The Chisinau Electric Transport Company and the General Division for the Protection of Children’s Rights launched a training program aimed at ensuring the safety of children in public transport and protecting their rights, IPN reports.

This partnership aims to raise the awareness of the Chisinau Electric Transport Company’s staff, in particular trolleybus drivers and ticket inspectors, of the importance of ensuring a safe and child-friendly environment while travelling.

“These information sessions are essential to ensure that all our employees are prepared to handle sensitive situations and react promptly if they encounter problems or risk situations for children while travelling by trolleybus. The safety and wellbeing of children are top priorities for us,” said the Company.
