The Chisinau – Iași train will run only on Saturday and Sunday as of this week. If the number of travelers increases, Moldova’s Railways will modify the periodicity of routes, IPN reports, quoting a press release of the company.
The price of a one-way ticket is 90, 100 and 130 lei respectively, depending on the class. The train sets off from the Chisinau Train Terminal at 6:16am and from Iasi back at 5:42pm.
The Chisinau – Odessa train from October 15 will run three times a week, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, instead of seven days a week until now. This leaves the Chisinau Train Terminal at 6:57am and the customs control is performed before getting onto the train.
