The announced traffic restrictions in connection with the closing of Bucuresti St of Chisinau were postponed.

Contacted by IPN, acting head of the General Public Transport and Communications Division Vitalie Butucel said the works to rehabilitate sewer pipes on Bucuresti St that were to start on June 6 were put off for at least a week

According to Vitalie Butucel, “Apa-Canal Chisinau” made particular changes to the project and some additional authorizations are needed to start the works.

When this happens, the section of Bucuresti St between the streets Pushkin and Banulescu-Bodoni will be closed to traffic and the public transport routes will be modified.
