A number of streets in Chisinau will be temporarily closed to traffic on May 26 in connection with the cycling race “Velo FUN – 2018”, IPN reports, with reference to a press release of the organizers.

The race starts in the Great National Assembly Square at midday. This will have the following itinerary: central square of Chisinau – Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd – Constantin Negruzzi Blvd -  Albisoara St – Renasterii Nationale Blvd -  Kiev St – Moscova Blvd – Studentilor St.

When back, the route will be as follows: Moscova Blvd – Bogdan Voievod St – Renasterii Nationale Blvd – Calea Orheiului St – Petricani St – Mihai Viteazul St– Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd – Great National Assembly Square (finish).

The cycling race “Velo FUN” is organized by the Sports Club “Sporter” and the Chisinau City Hall.
