The National Patrolling Inspectorate has announced traffic restrictions on the national roads for large trucks. The total weight of a unit of transport must not exceed 20 tonnes when temperatures are expected to exceed 30 degrees Celsius. The movement of large trucks will be banned between 10am and 8pm, IPN reports.

The restrictions do not apply to vehicles that transport passengers, food products and materials needed to prevent and alleviate the consequences of exceptional situations.
