The activities of the five parties that showed their face in Moscow, participating in the congress to create the “Pobeda” bloc, must be stopped in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and special procedures in this regard are stipulated in the Law on Political Parties, said Ștefan Gligor, chairman of the Party of Change, a member of the “Together” Bloc.

In a press conference at IPN, Ștefan Gligor noted that the Ministry of Justice, in cooperation with the Security and Intelligence Service, the Prosecutor General’s Office and PCCOCS must act to suspend and terminate the activities of the five parties, but also to identify other satellites, political projects managed by the Shor group.

The “Together” Bloc will examine, at the next meeting, the formulation of a request to impose these sanctions stipulated by the law to the competent bodies. After the event in Moscow, it is clear that the activity of the Shor group will be continued forcefully. The good side of this congress is that the parties of the Shor group have shown their face.

Ștefan Gligor also said that the Russian Federation changed its strategy in relation to the control of politics in the Republic of Moldova. From 2011 until 2021, political parties were built by the book, but now a depersonalized, decentralized system of electoral corruption is being built. It is a pyramid-shaped system with different horizontal layers, which have coordinators of different levels and importance, the purpose of this system being to give at elections instructions to vote for money in the interests of one party or another, on a party that will be active at that time.

According to the chairman of the Party of Change, regrettably, 10% of the country’s population is poor and is ready to sell their vote. Once the referendum on the amendment of the Constitution was announced in order to set the objective of Moldova’s integration into the European Union, the stakes have grown and more money will be now pumped. In this situation, use must be made not only of the criminal law that is regrettably applied with delay.
