A 2-year-old girl was pulled out apparently unharmed from a four meters’ deep outdoor toilet located in a Chisinau household in Botanica district.

According to the Emergencies Inspectorate, the rescue team responded and conducted the operation in under 15 minutes. The toddler will undergo a medical examination and will remain under supervision.

The circumstances of the case will be investigated. The Emergencies Inspectorate is urging the public to never leave young children unattended and restrict their access to unsafe places. Call 112 in case of any emergency.
