Tkaciuk denies having given Voronin a secret road map to be followed after elections
Communist MP Mark Tkaciuk has denied reports that he sent Vladimir Voronin an e-mail containing a secret ten-step road map to be followed by the Communists if they win the parliamentary elections. Tkaciuk told a news conference today the reports were devised to mislead the Communist Party's voters, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Mark Tkaciuk said the Communist Party doesn't use e-mails for communication and all the proposals are discussed openly at meetings. He also said there was no point to send Voronin an e-mail since they work in the same building. Furthermore, Tkaciuk insisted the e-mail must be a hoax, at least because it contains a lot of grammar mistakes.
Among the proposals included in the e-mail in question were: to establish an internal commission responsible for the abolish of all the legislation adopted by the Parliament headed by Ghimpu; to immediately recall all the ambassadors appointed by the Filat Government; to dismiss Prosecutor General Zubco and reinstate Gurbulea to the post; to re-take control over the Interior Ministry and the Intelligence Service by re-appointing Papuc and Resetnikov; to initiate criminal proceedings against the AEI leaders and Communist Party defectors; to close the Romanian consulates in Balti and Cahul.
