Starting at 9:00 AM on December 28, gas disconnections for certain categories of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs were initiated in the Transnistrian region, according to a statement from the press service of SRL "Tiraspoltransgaz."
Businesses in the agro-industrial sector, heating plants serving socially important facilities, as well as public catering units and food retail outlets in cities will not be affected by the disconnections, provided they are technologically isolated from other facilities subject to disconnection.
Furthermore, the use of gas for other commercial purposes unrelated to food retail or public catering is prohibited.
In rural areas, gas supply to public catering units and retail outlets will be completely suspended.
For the population, the supply of gas, heating, and hot water will continue as usual, at least until January 1.
