The Ministry of the Interior dismissed three police officers who did not help sector police inspector Alexandru Tentiu when he tried to convince several persons to free a car blocked in a parking lot, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a communiqué issued by the Ministry’s spokesman, the order on the dismissal of two inspectors of the Traffic Police Division of the Chisinau General Police Commissariat and a senior criminal expert of the Traffic Accidents Service of the Chisinau General Police Commissariat was signed on April 25. The policemen were penalized disciplinarily for not dealing with the contravention, not providing assistance to a police inspector and for insulting him, and for lack of police ethics towards the colleagues and civil society. The decision was taken after an internal inquiry was held into the incident. There were also identified the four persons who did not obey the legal requests of officer Tentiu.
