Three persons died and another three were seriously injured in a car accident in Chisinau last night. Tudor Capatana, PR specialist of the Traffic Police Division, has told Info-Prim Neo that a Mercedes car was traveling at 80 km per hour on Dacia Blvd, towards Bacioi village. At about 500 meters of the intersection of Dacia Blvd. and Bacioii-Noi St, the car skidded and overturned. A 19-year-old woman and two men aged 32 and 43 died on the spot. Anatol Proca, coordinating doctor at the Chisinau Ambulance Service, told Info-Prim Neo that another three victims of the accident – a woman aged 20, the driver of 32 and a 35-year-old man who were traveling in the same car - were rushed to the Emergency Hospital with associated traumas, concussions and contusions. The 499 traffic accidents that happened in Moldova this year resulted in 64 deaths and 646 persons injured.
