Three persons perished and another person was hurt in an accident on the road that bypasses the municipality of Comrat last night, IPN reports.

It was preliminarily determined that the driver of a car intended to overtake a vehicle and crashed his car into a minibus coming from the opposite direction when changing lanes.

As a result of the collision, the vehicles caught fire. The car ran on gas. After extinguishing the fire, firefighters found the carbonized bodies of two persons in the vehicle and one more carbonized body in the car.

A person who was found next to the two vehicles, who was an occupant of the minibus and was thrown out of the vehicle in the collision, was rushed to the hospital with different injuries by an ambulance.
