There accomplices found guilty of traffic of influence on employees of the Chisinau City Hall and SA Apa-Canal Chisinau (ACC) were given one year's probation, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office. The men aged between 37 and 50 were accused of asking for €450,000 from the representative of a foreign investor for convincing civil servants of the Chisinau City Hall and ACC to issue an urbanism certificate for designing and constructing an apartment building in the capital city. The defendants reached a guilt admission agreement with the prosecutors. On May 19, the court put them on probation and fined them 30,000 lei.
