Three persons died and a minor suffered serious injuries when a bus running on the Chisinau-Zatoca road was struck from behind by a tractor and then collided frontally with a car coming from the opposite direction. The minor was rushed to the hospital in a serious state. Twelve passengers of the bus were also hospitalized with different traumas. It happened in Stefan Voda district last night. 

Press officer of the General Police Inspectorate Mariana Betivu has told IPN that the 42-year-old driver of the car that was hit head-on and a female passenger aged 33 died. The four-year-old child of the woman was admitted to the Ștefan Voda District Hospital in a serious state.

A man aged 31 from the bus also died. Another 12 passengers needed medical care and were taken to the same hospital.
