Three construction companies took part in the tender contest to reconstruct the Chisinau park “Valea Morilor”. One of the four firms that bought the necessary tender documents gave up. The winner of the contest will be selected in 15 days, the head of the Capital Constructions Division Roman Sofroni said, quoted by Info-Prim Neo. The winning company will remove the mud from the bottom of the lake situated in the park, lay out the beach, install decantation apparatuses and carry out other works. According to the plan approved by the Chisinau City Hall, the lake will be filled with water in three stages. Drafted by the ChisinauProiect Institute, the strategy for laying out the recreational area “Valea Morilor” was approved by the Chisinau Council on March 23. The works will cost about 81 million lei.
