Three children from Albinia village of Anenii Noi district were on the verge of burning alive. The house in which they were left to play without supervision caught fire. The reason is not yet known. The firefighters were called by a neighbor, who saw smoke coming out of the house. The incident took place on the afternoon of January 17. According to the Civil Protection and Emergencies Service, the fire engulfed two rooms. When the firefighters came to the scene, the room where the children – two boys aged 1 and 7 and a 4-year-old girl – were playing was filling with smoke. The children’s mother told the firefighters that she went to buy products in Anenii Noii, which is situated several kilometers of the village. The firefighters warn the parents and those who look after children not to leave them without supervision, especially when the fire burns in the stove and when electrical devices are on, as they can cause fires.
