Three ambulances called at a time for different road accidents
Three road accidents happened on Monday simultaneously in different regions of Chisinau, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to Eufalia Negreata, coordinating-doctor of the Emergency Service, all the three accidents, in which 4 persons were injured, happened at 18.30. In one of the accidents, occurred at the crossroad of Grenoble and Traian Boulevard, two pedestrians – a woman aged 26 and a man aged 30 were hit by a vehicle. Both of them suffered head traumas.
Another road accident was registered on Renasterii Boulevard. A man aged 54 was hit by a Mercedes and suffered associated traumas, head trauma and concussion.
At the crossroad of Tudor Vladimirescu and Andrei Doga Street, a Volkswagen hit a man aged 63, who suffered a knee concussion.
35 persons died and 197 were traumatised in 214 road accidents registered in Moldova in 2007.
