Thirty-seven contest winners go to summer camp in Romania
Thirty-seven Moldovan students aged between 11 and 17 on Monday left for a Romanian summer camp, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communique from the Ministry of Education.
The students are the winners of the contest “What I Wish you, Dear Romania” that was held between April 15 and May 15. They represent education institutions from Drochia, Soroca, Soldanesti, Ialoveni, Hancesti, Causeni, Anenii Noi, Calarasi, Cimislia and the municipality of Chisinau.
Minister of Education Leonid Bujor wished the children a nice vacation and to take active part in the contests and activities that will be organized within the camp.
The students are accompanied by four Romanian language teachers. The camp brings together children from Moldova, Serbia, Ukraine, Hungary and Bulgaria. It was organized by the Department for Romanians Everywhere of the Romanian Government.
