Thief in law expelled from Moldova

The 60-year-old citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan known in the criminal world as Liosha Semipalatenski and a person who accompanied him aged 32 were expelled from Moldova and declared undesirable here for a period of 15 years.

According to the National Investigations Inspectorate, the thief in law came to Moldova to arrange a channel for transporting drugs from Kazakhstan to European countries through the Republic of Moldova.

The two were identified on April 13 and were expelled the next day. Press officer of the National Investigations Inspectorate Diana Sochirca has told IPN that the two men weren’t expelled to the police in Kazakhstan as they hadn’t been put on the wanted list.
