The municipal Extraordinary Public Health Commission decided that the theaters and houses of culture in the municipality of Chisinau can resume work on January 6, IPN reports.

According to the municipal authorities, the audience in performance halls must not exceed 50% of the hall’s capacity so that physical distance between spectators could be maintained. Disinfection, measurement of body temperature of visitors and wearing of face masks are mandatory. The performance must not last longer than two hours.

The Commission’s decision stipulates that the education process in primary and secondary schools in the municipality of Chisinau is resumed on January 11.

The state of public health emergency in the municipality was maintained. Wearing of masks all over the municipality, including in public transport, remains mandatory.
