The training center is located in the "Gheorghe Asachi" Branch and allows the simultaneous training of 80 people in the four rooms. The name of each training room is inspired by the agile structures created at maib – orchestras, bands, chords and musical themes used by the bank, such as the maib gama cards.
- The "Hip-Hop" room - is a transformer space where conferences, behavioral trainings or meetings can be organized with a capacity of up to 50 people.
- The "Classic" room - it is also called the "Laboratory" room, because it is set up like a real branch, where various work processes can be simulated. The "Classic" room allows the training of new employees and training of experienced ones according to the latest practices in the field of customer service.
- The "Rock" room - as its name suggests, is a space where the rhythm is quick, creative thinking and team spirit - indispensable. This is where the new trainings are "assembled" and tested by the bank's team of trainers and invited experts.
- The "Techno" room - is an innovative space, equipped with high-performance computers that allow training employees using the latest generation software and applications, also used within the network of maib branches and agencies.
