A contingent of the National Army will participate on Sunday, December 1, at the Military Parade in Bucharest, organized on the occasion of the National Day of Romania. The 26 officers and non-commissioned officers of the Honor Guard Company will march in the Triumphal Arch Square in Bucharest, along with more than 500 soldiers from 20 countries of the world, IPN quoted a Ministry of Defece press release.
The Moldovan platoon will be led by Major Vasile Ojoga, while the state flag will be carried by Major Lieutenant Victor Şipilov. Moreover, the press release reminds that the soldiers of the Honor Guard Company march at the military parade in Romania starting with 2014.
This year, about 4000 military and 200 technical units, as well as 50 aircraft, will participate in parade at the Triumphal Arch Square in Bucharest.
